You can change your billing and shipping addresses in my account section.

Points system is not live on the website now. You will be get notified once it is started.

Go to the footer section, click on track your order, type your registered email address, you will get order status. You can also check your order status in “My Account”.

You can only cancel your order within 12 hours from placing an order. You can do this through WhatsApp chat option available on the right bottom corner of the website.

It depends on the delivery partner, however you will receive an order within 5-7 business days after placing an order.

We ship through standard delivery method, you will be charged Rs 100 within Delhi NCR and Rs 150 for outside Delhi.

Payment methods that are available with us are

  2. Net Banking
  3. Paytm and other wallets
  4. UPI

This is because, we are not in the position to offer Cash On Delivery as of now. We will definitely notify you once COD will be available.

You may contact us or chat with us through WhatsApp option available on the website. You may also also drop us an email on our email Id. We will get the issue fixed.

We do not offer return on any of our products, however, you can request exchange within 2 days from placing an order.

In Delhi NCR, shipping charges are Rs 100 and for outside Delhi, shipping charges are Rs 150
